Our Organic EVOO, ISUL, was born in our field called El Cascajo, a family olive grove which has been grown in a shallow and limestone terrain, which is located in Alfaro (La Rioja), between Mount Yerga and the Ebro River.
It is a renowned authentic olive oil which possesses all the healthy and culinary properties that all EVOOs should have.
In order to get 1L of ISUL, 7kg of half-ripe olives are required.
ISUL has outstanding quality markers and exceptional tasting. It is organic, hence perfect for a healthy diet.
It is cultivated using organic agriculture techniques, whose regulations are controlled by the European Union. Within these techniques, phytosanitary treatments and chemical fertilizers are removed and replaced by other options which are more respectful with natural resources. With organic culture, groundwater, the air and the terrain strata are no longer in danger of being contaminated by nitrite or waste that would put at risk the balance required by both the environment and our health.
